LÁSZLÓ SERES
ÉPÍTŐMÉRNÖK, ENERGETIKAI AUDITOR
László Seres is the Managing Director of the Asset Ingatlan Management Kft. and a chartered engineer. He studied at the Technical University in Budapest.
In the last 30 years of his professional career he successfully developed numerous Retail Real Estate projects in Hungary and was responsible for the complete Project Development, including permitting, construction, enlargements and remodelings of these Retail Real Estates: 13 Praktiker DIY, 2 Media Markets. Furthermore, he organized the enlargements of numerous Praktiker, Metro and Obi stores.
Since 2002 he was the Managing Director of the METRO Group Asset Management Kft., the Hungarian Real Estate subsidiary of the METRO Group. The core activity of this Real Estate company was to provide the needed Retail Real Estates to the METRO Group, including Project Development, Asset and Facility Management. Furthermore, the company was also responsible for the Facility Management of other Retail chains in Hungary.
In 2014 he was Head of Construction and Facility Management Departement in Obi Hungary.
Since 2016 he is a chartered/licensed Energy Auditor (MEKH: Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority).
LÁSZLÓ CSIKI
ECONOMIST, REAL ESTATE EXPERT
László Csiki is Partner of Asset Ingatlan Management. He studied economy in Berlin (Dipl.Kfm) and has a Master of Science in Real Estate.
He started his career in residential constructions in Berlin in the 90-s.In the following 15 years he worked in Corporate Real Estate Management for the Real Estate Company of the METRO Group (METRO PROPERTIES).As Managing Director he was responsible for different country organisations of METRO Properties and focused on Hungary and Romania, but was also active and responsible in SK, BG, CZ, PL, CR, EG, MD, TR and GR. Furthermore he was also Head of Corporate Asset Management, Facility Management for the Region East Europe.
Later he was responsible as Country Manager Developments for all types of Real Estate developments in Hungary and Romania for the Immofinanz Group in Vienna.
